Many individual and organisational problems of a day
arise out of faulty thinking and failure to understand
how to bring out one's potential to optimum use. Stress,
Anxiety, Unhappiness and Dissatisfaction , which are
common occurrences in almost everyone's life, are at
the root of such faulty thinking. However, stress is
not caused by people , situations & objects but
by one's own response to them. One must learn to choose
his response and control his mind in order to regain
control of his life and other situations. This can be
dealt with effectively by accessing the INNER CONSCIOUSNESS
and inherent energies, thereby reaching higher awareness
levels.
The OBJECTIVE therefore, is to rejuvenate people from
every walk of life whether they are Individuals, Professionals,
Students or Executives and staff of any organisation,
by conducting such motivational programmes, which will
bring them a relief from Stress, Anxiety and Unhappiness.
This will automatically help generate more satisfaction
and happiness , thereby unleashing their true potential
hitherto lying dormant . At ANTAHPRAGNYA we trust that

hierarchy but the effects of these negative phenomena
equally affect a school going child, a worker on the
shop floor or an officer in his executive chair or a
housewife. However, it needs special techniques to communicate
with every person by touching his inner consciousness
at his level of understanding. At ANTAHPRAGNYA we know

At ANTAHPRAGNYA, we look at the various aspects of
holistic living which have a direct bearing on the excellence
and success one can achieve in his or her life and enterprise.
While we help the participants relax, de-stress and
acquire some exceptional skills, they themselves pave
the way to the success , not only their own, but also
that of the organisation and the society they belong
to. As the problems and individual response to them
varies from person to person depending upon various
independent factors , we offer various programme modules
especially textured for different categories of people
depending upon their specific needs.
The data base of our programme modules comes from the
ancient Indian Scriptures like Patanjali's Yoga Sutras,
Shatshastras (The Six books of knowledge), Mandukya
Upanishad, Ishavasya Upanishad , Bhagwat Geeta and many
others. However, while texturing these modules an emphasis
has been laid on supplementing the theory with such
easy and simple techniques that one can easily practice
in his day to day life. The results of sincere practice
are so fast and astonishing that the practitioner is
enthused to delve deeper and deeper into the techniques
willingly. The program modules are delivered in the
form of 3-days intensive workshops comprising of twelve
sessions of two hours duration each distributed over
three days.
