Session 1 - Life and Holism

  • Introduction and general guidelines to the workshop curriculum.
  • Karma and the afflictions that provoke living beings into Karma. The basic instincts for Survival, Maintenance and Sustenance. Definitions of Holism, Healing and Awareness. Healing at all planes of existence - Physical, Mental and Spiritual. The cause of disease and suffering.

Session 2 - Mind, happiness and holistic Well Being

  • As a perpetually happy state of mind is an essential ingredient for sound physical health, we must learn to control our mind in order to stay physically fit.
